Matlab Font Size Title

I've seen lots of answers for changing font size in a plot made from workspace, like using 'setgca' and 'fontsize' property, but couldn't find anything about changing font size within a simulink scope. To change the title font size, use the following example.

I'm using matlab r2017a on my laptop and r2013b on my work pc, but i think the issue is my graphics card as i've had other issues previously.
